BuyerTours Realty LLC Completes Acquisition of Investment Realty Advisors LLC and Opens its First Office in Phoenix Arizona.
Phoenix, AZ - June 5, 2008 -- Glenn Sanford, CEO of BuyerTours Realty is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Investment Realty Advisors LLC as well as the subsequent name change to BuyerTours Realty, LLC (Arizona) which was previously announced on April 18, 2008. In addition we are pleased to announce that the company has opened its first office located at 3131 E. Camelback in Phoenix.
Glenn Sanford, CEO of BuyerTours Realty, LLC states, "This was the logical next step for BuyerTours Realty in Arizona. The Phoenix Metro area is one of the fastest growing metro areas in the country and we are excited to have our own office in the Phoenix Metro Area to operate out of. For the last three years we have had our real estate real estate business operating inside of an existing Keller Williams franchise office, which provided us with the ability to do business in Arizona without the financial exposure typical of opening up a bricks and mortar office. Since we have reached a tipping point this move will allow us to expand much faster while at the same time reducing costs for both the agents and the company." |

April 17, 2008 (Scottsdale, Arizona) – BuyerTours Realty LLC of Bellingham Washington has entered into an agreement to purchase Investment Realty Advisors LLC of Scottsdale Arizona. Investment Realty Advisors has been an active real estate company operating in Scottsdale Arizona since 2004.
Upon completion of the acquisition Investment Realty Advisor's LLC will change its name to BuyerTours Realty LLC. Michael Marchese, Founder/CEO and broker for Investment Realty Advisors LLC will stay on as the active broker for BuyerTours Realty LLC of Arizona.
